I met Prince Whiting IV at an open house in the neighborhood where I wanted to relocate to..... We discussed my needs and desires to sell my current home/property to downsize. His energy and enthusiasm to help me accomplish my desires was what drew me to him as an agent. My situation was a special one due to the fact I was making this move with my 92 year old Mom as well.
